My room featured efficient air conditioning. The staff provided assistance with directions. Breakfast included a good choice of foods. I found the rooftop bar really inviting. I also used their luggage service. It was excellent. I felt really looked after .
I noticed some wear on surfaces, but the room was cleaned daily.

The hotel was clean throughout. I stored my bags before check-in with no issues, a real convenience. Breakfast offered a good choice of items. I found the rooftop bar lovely, especially at sunset.
The fridge in my room wasn't very cold. It would have been nice if it kept drinks colder

The location was decent. It's near the termini station.
The room i got wasn't anything special, it felt a bit old. plus, the breakfast wasn't great. The eggs seemed undercooked, and the bacon was too soft. it just wasn't what i hoped for, especially since i was looking forward to a better start to my day.

The hotel's location near the train station was super convenient for travel! The rooftop bar provided lovely sunset views, and the gym had new equipment. The breakfast buffet had gluten-free options, that was very welcome.
The shower design allowed water to flow out into the bathroom, even if this was a small issue, it took several towels to clean.

The room included power points on both sides of the bed with USB-C, USB, and international power points. This made charging devices easy. The bathroom was spacious and provided some amenities. I found that quite helpful. The bed wasn't the most comfortable!
